EnviroTek was contracted to Sand Blast, Prime and Paint the Historic Velare Space Wheels trailers.
Built in 1958 by the Velare Brothers in Long Beach California, partly in conjunction with Douglas Aircraft, the Space Wheels is an iconic amusement ride. This iconic machine is the only one in the world and features 4 Ferris wheels in one. The ride is currently under restoration. Large sections of the Space Wheels are made of aircraft aluminum provided by Douglas.
